Excellent workmanship from the start to finish. Reviewed the situation in detail and discussed options for routing and placement of the unit, as well as different units they could install. Very respectful of the home, always took off shoes even during the install where they were in and out a lot. Didn't leave a speck of dust on the inside either! And at the end I have a nice cool room.
